SPARE PARTS FOR SHUT-OFF AND CONTROL VALVES (AS PER SPEC. TU 3665-004-51705251-07)

Spare parts for replacement of defective and worn-out accessories of X-mas trees and shut-off/control valves (gate valves, control valves etc.) produced by foreign companies.

When ordering, please specify the following:

  • type and model of valve;
  • material class (as per API 6A);
  • code number (drawing designation) and description
  • specification position number (in operations manual).

All additional requirements shall be agreed with the Customer in the specification and/or the supply contract.

The specification is based  on the recommendations of API 6A and NACE MR 0175.

Main parameters and characteristics

  • Parameters and design of the spare parts are determined by the type, characteristics and operating conditions of the X-mas tree equipment.
  • The X-mas tree operating medium may include oil, gas, condensate, water, drilling mud, their mixtures and flushing water containing CO2 upto 17% and H2S upto 27%. The material class is determined in accordance with API 6A considering the particular application and exposure to the operating medium.
  • Climatic category of the X-mas tree as per GOST 15150 – U1
  • Overal dimensions and product weight are specified in the drawings.

Limited warranty period is 12 months, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. During the warranty period, the manufacturer is responsible for the manufacturing quality and product functionality. During the warranty period, the manufacturer undertakes to eliminate detected faults at its own expense.

The warranty shall be void in case of:

  • damage caused by violation of conditions of transportation, storage or pipeline connection by the customer;
  • product use for purposes other than intended and parameters and media/environments not specified in the TU specification.
