History

Our company is a modern Russian developer and manufacturer of shut-off and control valves. The company possesses facilities with a total area of 2000 sq.m located in Voronezh, an industrial center in central Russia.

Since 1999, NEXT TRADE has pursued the government’s aim of phasing out imports by developing spare parts for, and later analogues to, foreign equipment for its main partner and customer Gazprom Dobycha Astrakhan (operating pressures up to 70 MPa (700 kg/cm2), high content of hydrogen sulfide (H2S up to 25%) and carbon dioxide (CO2 up to 25%)), temperature down to -60°С.

NEXT TRADE’s equipment and services hold the necessary approvals and are manufactured in accordance with such quality certifications as GOST, API, ANSI, ASME, EN, MSS, and NACE. Welding and surfacing technologies are certified and registered by the National Agency for Welding and Testing. The proprietary foundry completes the production cycle for oil and gas equipment. A hydropneumatic testing rig for valves is certified for pressures up to 115 MPa (1150 kg/cm2). The quality management system is certified by TUV as per ISO 9001:2015.

On October 9, 2017, NEXT TRADE’s products were added to the Register of equipment admitted to Gazprom facilities.

In 2015, NEXT TRADE was nominated the best enterprise of the Voronezh Region in the mechanical engineering and metalworking sphere.

For 20 years, NEXT TRADE has been a reliable partner for many  suppliers and consumers, both Russian and foreign, and can therefore supply equipment, spare parts and accessories from third-party producers.
